Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. It's definitely my favorite shop, and the best in the area in my opinion.”

“Staff is friendly and helpful with questions you may have. Ive done good business with them on both pokemon as well as sports cards where both parties were happy. Had a occurrence just now where I had gone in for trade in, the were busy so I had said id come back another time. I had noticed a father an son talking at the sports cards and had asked if they were interested in some I had in my vehicle as these were ones this specific card shop had declined for price reasons on a trade. They were not waiting on any employees to assist them and were excited to take a look. About 10 minutes into us talking about what we collected anf our parts in those hobbies, this is when the owner had flown in the parking lot well over any limit and "politely" asked me to never return. He was agressive and had made both the parent, child, and myself seemingly uncomfortable. He acknowledged that these were items that his buisness has declined before and still insisted that i had "not respected the stuff they do here." For a shop that has for me shown a feeling of community as well as understanding this was very unprofessional and rude to a reoccurring customer. Beyond that one interaction with the owner all staff is great. Unfortunate I can not return for something that was seemingly a community spot for people to collect and have community over these various hobbies.”

“I understand that mistakes happen and prices change, but as a customer, it is really frustrating to see a booster pack clearly labeled $6.99 on the shelf only to be told it's actually $15 at the register—more than double the marked price.If a store has a specific price clearly printed on an item, it's standard business practice to honor that price for the customer, or at the very least, make sure the outdated tags are taken down immediately so the next person isn't blindsided. A little bit of an apology or accountability for the confusion on the store's end would have gone a long way here.I really want to support local card shops, but accurate pricing and clear communication are super important for keeping customers coming back.”
