“Came on 7/13 to play YGO, was disappointed that they were capped (which was no fault of the store). However, when I asked there was an option for late entry or if the event was capped, the employee (Chris) tried to explain that Konami doesn't allow for late entry to events, which is not true. If the event is capped, just say it's capped, don't try to shift the spotlight to someone/something else. UPDATE: Spoke with the manager on duty about the miscommunication, which they are looking to address with more events in the future.”
