Very rude older gentleman, long story short had my Xbox there for over week for fixing, technician called a week later telling they can’t fix it and do not know what’s wrong with it. So I said well that not good could had took it somewhere else, a place that communicates and would help me. However the store manager came up with a great idea to switch inside with another working Xbox which so far fixed the issue . She is very friendly and she fixed my issue with my Xbox by understanding empathizing and reasoning 😄 I am hotel manager at luxury hotel and that’s what we do to make customers/guest happy”

“EDIT: I just found out the one game I bought from them is covered it BLACK MOLD!!! This is a serious health risk and a danger to the rest of my collection. It appears that they don’t even do basic inspections on what they take in The absolute worst case of overpricing I’ve ever seen, almost everything was priced double what it was worth. They have loose used GameCube controllers for $60!!! The fact they have such a great collection is no surprise. I’ll give you a hint, it’s because no one wants to pay 50 bucks for a 20 dollar game”
