“Still a fun store to visit and browse their massive collection. Used to come here in high school and everything still feels the same. I love they still have print outs of the prices for all of the consoles and games and take them home so I can peruse at my own pace. Staff were helpful and friendly. This place is an institution, enough said.”

I do tell you common games like just dance aren't in stock 😒 but yeah overall i saw a cute hello kitty game. There's some veriety of consoles and attendances know about their games, well at least one of them that talked to me.”

“Cool place with decent prices on Blu-ray media, but the way they have it set up makes it nearly impossible to browse. You have to stand 10 feet back from the titles and people have to grab each one for you to look at. I’m sure this has a crazy negative effect on their media sales. I ended up just bouncing after getting a few rather than spending a couple hours there looking through things.”

“I had bought 2 Xbox ones and ps2 consoles here and thought this store was a good game store for a while. Just recently I went in to try and sell my ps2 console with games to try and get some money. The guy helping me said I couldn't sell my games without their original casing. And the controller had a loose joy stick so they couldn't buy the console if it wasn't complete. Which the controller was the same one they sold me and already had the loose joystick. He then started saying they didn't give me that controller in that condition, as if he was there the day they sold it to me. He was not helpful and called me a liar. What a joke on customer service. Won't be coming to this store anymore. Game tower in San Fernando is way more helpful and actually takes care of their customers.”
