“Love, love, love this store. The always have great games and puzzles, and other little items of interest. It's the place I go to for gifts for most of the people in my life. The staff is beyond friendly and knowledgeable. They host game sessions and tournaments in the back of the store, which are always popular. They sell all products, including Pokemon cards and sets, at the actual list price. Not some marked up ridiculous price that everyone else is doing. “The largest puzzle store in San Francisco. 75 pieces - 3,000 pieces. I never had an interest in puzzles until COVID, & now I'm hooked, thanks to Big Puzzle. But wait, there's more. Lots of popular games that I've never heard of- but go to the back of the store on Saturdays & you'll find tables full of adult men playing them. The guys working there are super friendly & helpful. They really know the inventory. I've seen loads of parents taking their kids to find a family game as well. What a great place to find a gift. Support local!”
