I always see a decent sized crowd in their gaming area, so that's cool to see. They have puzzles, plenty of figures to choose from. Very nice, smaller sized store.”

“As an outsider that doesn't participate in tabletop/card games, and only came here for acrylic paint I can confidentially say this feels like a gamers safe space. If I was into board games or the like I would absolutely spend time here. I'm totally ignorant on Army Painter acrylics and washes, but I needed some for a non minifig project so I asked the staff about them, and they answered all my questions and even gave me advice on how to make my own. I've made probably 3 trips to J&J in the span of a week, and each time I went they have welcomed me with open arms, and never once did they dismiss my questions or come off as annoyed because I was new. Very knowledgeable and helpful people. Weekends are pretty cool too. I came in on Friday(?) to buy paint, and there were a couple people playing beyblade. Little doggo running around. Some people shopping and others were playing games next door. There's a really homey vibe here and I'm sure it would be really easy to make friends.”

“I have been coming here for about 8 months now and all I have to say are the best things for Julia & Jay! They treat me like one of a kind and their customer service is far beyond any store I've ever been to. I have spent quite a bit of money at this store and every dollar is worth it when you're coming here. I've had some amazing pulls from their Pokémon line up and I will forever choose this store in Colorado over any other store. If you are new to the area or a local just make sure you STOP AT THE #1 COMIC & CARD STORE IN TOWN.”

“I went in for a box of cards and paid for them in cash. Immediately afterwards they said they don’t have what I wanted so they tried to get me to buy something i didn’t want. They were extremely rude and unpleasant to talk to. They didn’t want to give me a refund and said they’d have the box for me tomorrow. i went in the next day and they were still very rude and weren’t helpful in any way. The staff just threw a box at me and told me to “look it up before i come back”. i left without another word and i hope these employees get fired. i’ve never had customer service so bad. i believe i got overcharged as well”
