“Nice place to play at, correct prices for cards to buy, employees were kind and ready to help the few times I’ve been there. I’ve read reviews about peoples experiences selling their cards to this place and had to see if it was true. We had our pokemon cards priced that day at market value came in to have them looked at and sadly, it was true if you come in and are selling your cards and they offer you way below 70% and the people whisper to each other to low ball you, thats when it feels like an untrustworthy place. Can’t build a community if you can’t be upfront and trustworthy. If thats the type of shady and greedy business or “community” you are building then you will lose more and more people. I hope you change the way you guys are handling that type of business, cause it makes your employees and business look bad even if they are good people and just doing what they are told. Just be upfront, fair, and honest. I can only imagine how many people who sold their cards way undervalue because they trusted the value given to them by the shop/business. Do better please, we need more places like these, but can’t support or bring others here with this type of deceitful behavior.”

“They protect rude and violent people. The venue itself is very empty and poorly kept in the entrance area. Very uncomfortable setting and unless you're a regular you are ostracized immediately. People who are their favorites get special treatment over others all the time. It's sickening and I hope people go to better locations. I've given this place multiple chances across their multiple moved locations. Southington location I was laughed at and bullied by their regulars (first time ever playing) Meriden mall location I felt like I didn't belong and not welcoming at all no matter how hard the staff seemed to try. The people they allowed were just uncomfortable to be around. Finally their Wallingford location walking in feels like an old doctor's office space. The cases are not filled with product. They have their tables blocked off in a different room so it feels like I'm navigating a maze of sorts and it just feels like they can do better.”
