“HAD A BLAST! I’ve played several rooms with this company before, so I’m already familiar with the setup and the theatrics, and once again they did not disappoint. I really appreciate how well-designed and well-maintained their rooms are across different locations and states. It honestly felt like I was back home. The customer service was fantastic — everyone was welcoming and engaging. Our game master was great, they offered us water afterward, took pictures for us, gave us stickers, and answered all of our questions. The overall cleanliness and hospitality were top-tier. It’s great to see that the company’s level of care and hospitality stays consistent no matter the location.”

“The best escape room in Miami. On 7/2/26, we did the prison break and it was very challenging. The staff went above and beyond. While talking to the staff before we started, we humorously said what crime we committed to be in the prison escape room. When we finished the escape room, the staff actually printed out what we said our crimes were and presented each of us with a laminated crime placard with each name and crime printed on it. Great job by the staff. A memorable event. Thank you”

“I had the best experience at this escape room! I was warmly greeted by the front desk staff and our game host Chris was extremely knowledgeable and funny! He really helped us get comfortable with the game/room. I have been to other locations but this one is by far my favorite. Would def recommend the room we got also which was the timeliner!!
