“The staff here are great, kind, and welcoming! I love the energy here compared to other places I’ve been to. Also, they actually listen to what you’re looking for which I really appreciate. Haven’t been to a trade night yet, but I’m looking forward to it in the future!”

“Game Time Cardz is hands-down one of the best sports trading card shops around. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a warm, welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the hobby, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. The shop has a great selection of cards, supplies, and memorabilia, and the team is always willing to help you find exactly what you’re looking for. Especially if you ask Sammy. Just walk up to him and he’ll do whatever it takes to make you happy. It’s the kind of place where you can spend time browsing and talking sports. If you’re looking for a fun, inviting, and all-around enjoyable card-shop experience, Game Time is the place to go. Highly recommended! Also their eBay store and eBay live is fantastic with great streamers.”

“I have been to your store many times before. This time was a complete DISAPPOINTMENT. On March 28 2026 around 5:30pm, I walked in with my wife and son to get some basketball cards for a birthday gift. As we were looking in the glass case with the basketball cards, I asked the guy at the counter, Sammy, some questions because I didn't want to spend too much on a kid gift. His way of responding made my wife and son feel so uncomfortable. She noticed his demeanor towards me seemed a bit rude. Answered me as if I was a bother or an interruption to his day. When another person talked to him he seemed more attentive. My wife and son left because they felt so insulted and degraded. I got the sense that he may have been either insulted by my presence or didn't want to deal with a HISPANIC person. WE HAVE NEVER FELT SO DEJECTED AT YOUR STORE. I WAS THERE WHEN YOU FIRST OPENED IN 2022. I don't know the manager or the owner. But hopefully they will read this and consider getting back to me. I have to admit I may not be a "big spender", but I still believe customers should be treated with decency and respect. I Don't know if I will return but if I do I will certainly give my peace of mind to your employee Sammy, for making the experience in your store incredibly insulting.”

“Update: I have even less of an inclination to return much less rate 5 Stars upon such return. No copies of these cards existed in the display the day prior, I trade one copy of each, the next day there are then exactly one copy of each card in the display. I have absolutely zero problem with markup, you're a business and you take on inventory and have to sit on it with hopes to eventually move it. My issue was with being given one grade and seeing those cards at another grade immediately after. I'd be happier with the exact same value if I was just told up front "Hey the condition looks great, we are gonna give you value of one grade down". If you want to tell me that two cards from a set released over a decade ago that weren't in the shop suddenly appeared in multiples on the same day and then multiple copies sold to leave just one of each, thats fine I guess, I would just have an extremely hard time believing that we're the case. I've recommended your store over many others to many friends and acquaintances and vocally protested the scummy practice of the CVS on the corner advertising on their marquee that they sell sports cards and pokemon cards too but I'm sorry I find this explanation beyond unreasonable that out of the nearly 200,000 individual Pokémon cards and art variations out there, these two just pop up so often that multiple copies were placed and moved in a day to be "Farfetch'd" if you will. If so, i need to quickly purchase a lottery ticket. Original Review: Initially I was pretty happy with my experience and the staff seemed pretty chill and nice. Visited to trade in some cards for Christmas money, was told they give 80% value (which kind of floored me) and they came back to tell me they spot graded my two cards as "Lightly Played" and I get a really reasonable offer for that condition. I come in the next day and see the same two cards being sold as "Near Mint" at almost double the price of market for "Lightly Played". I know I am getting less value when trading in and the store obviously has to mark up prices; that's all business and that's fine. I don't expect them to disingenuously grade cards down to turn around and sell at a higher condition grade. Borderline fraudulent. I had 25 more cards to value (and binders full at home) and trade today but saw those cards in the case and I wasn't acknowledged while browsing the case, so I walked out never to return.”
