Brandon went above and beyond by taking the time to sit down with our youngest son, not only showing him the value of the cards he had, but also helping him download an app and teaching him how to use it so he can continue learning and tracking his collection in the future. That kind of patience and genuine investment in a young collector is something you don’t see every day, and we were incredibly grateful for his help and guidance. A big thank you as well to Matt for taking the time to help our oldest son with his baseball cards. He was knowledgeable, honest, and made the experience exciting and educational. What could have been a quick stop turned into a fun family experience that we’ll all remember. The staff truly cares about their customers and treats you like family.
