“I’ll be reviewing Armada as a primary consumer of MTG products. Armada was the first store I went to for any MTG event, which was a draft. I enjoyed myself and continued to draft afterwards. As I continued to attend these events, I got to know the staff and owners of the store. Aaron and Michael are true lovers of MTG and know the game deeply. They know how the game works, have judged the game competitively, and have decades of experience running a store. David and Lili are hilarious and very fun to talk to; they greet you when you come in and will interact with you within the store beyond what you might expect. They run tight events. These events fire on the dot because they respect your time. This is a trade-off because it disallows people who are late to attend. But by delaying the event you disrespect the majority who arrived on time. This is a hard decision to make that I respect immensely. Prizing is competitive. I really respect this. Pricing is market. You can cross reference TCG player for cards and see small variations due to shipping, but they give fair prices. Judging is impartial. Michael and David strive to deliver professional grade judge services and actively avoid giving deck construction advice to maintain a level playing field. Having played consistently every week, tuesday and friday, since august of last year, I can confidently recommend Armada as the premier store for your MTG draft needs. This is not a backhanded way of saying they suck in other matters. Michael is attentive on his discord and curates several other game spaces. He cordons event spaces off ahead of time and manages several games at once. I don’t know much about 40k, Riftbound, Star wars and gundam, but I do know Michael gives his best to deliver premium nonsense to his customers. I would highly recommend you pick Armada as your LGS of choice. They are, in my opinion, the number one game store I’ve ever stepped foot in. I’ve stepped foot in 10 other game stores for MTG draft purposes in the tampa region and 1 game store came close to Armada. Don’t make my mistake. Go to Armada games.”

“Awesome experience amazing vibes and eclectic selection of table top games and card game options to inspect.first time there was explained about how the dungeon and dragon events take place and how to be prepped for it. Afterwards, I wanted to try a game that's easy to pick up and hard to put down so one of the assistants set me up with some other gamers for a full first time playthrough of Spellbook. Deceptively simple but always plan ahead 3 turns. Definitely wanting a return trip to try out other games and even purchase a set to take home.you will not be disappointed coming here.”
