“I will start off with saying I’ve been coming to this place for the last 2 years and Ethan is my GOAT. His service is absolutely incredible. I had recently bought a 2018 model PS4 Pro from him. Very clean console overall; No real issues with it. However the fan would get crazy loud in some of the more demanding games which shouldn’t be a real issue for a later PS4 model such as this. I figured the thermal paste had never been replaced, so I took it apart to clean it and replace the thermal paste. I couldn’t have come across something more disgusting. The entire inside was riddled with little dead roaches. Saying I was shocked would be an understatement. I couldn’t believe the power supply hadn’t gone pop. However, I made it my duty to clean it out as much as possible because I didn’t want this PS4 Pro to be potential thrown in the garbage. I got it mostly cleaned up, with just the poo staining from those vile creatures is still present, and the console runs nice and quiet now. Next day I head back to the store and told him about what happened, and he resurfaced a game disc for me for free, gave me $25 of store credit, and offered to swap out the console. He didn’t have 2018+ model as a replacement at the time, so he put me on a waiting list in case he does get one in. I wasn’t really bummed about not being able to swap it out because after cleaning up this PS4 Pro, it’s perfectly fine now. I might try to spray the stains out with some WD-40 and see if that cleans it up a little better. Overall, very happy with the service over the couple years of coming here, and I realized I had never wrote a review. Retro Games with always be my favorite video game store. Again, Ethan is my GOAT”

“I love this store if you are reading this here why you should go one they have every gaming console there form now like the switch to all the way to the Atari two they have great prices you will get your money worth when going three they have great conditioning I bought a 3ds for only 300$ and it was well refurbished if you have the chance sometime and you are a video game addicted I recommend coming but just not on Monday or Sundays they are closed”
