“Been coming here for a few years. Product variety is great. I love buying singles be it from Pokémon, yugioh or any of their big selection, but I've found myself not wanting to come back due to poor customer service. When I recently sold some cards I realized everytime you bring product to sell ,the people who take the trades look miserable and look like they dont wanna be there. At this point I'd rather just not continue to deal with the poor customer service, but do hope they can make some changes as im sure im not the only one who feels this way.”
