“I called the Fair Game DG store to verify an item in stock listed online. A older Kickstarter I missed out on. It was a very big one. Dan at the store was very helpful and made sure they had it still. I placed my order online and in like 3 days I received my 3 huge packages and 55.7lbs of game! The amount of excitement I had is only measurable explained by how I felt as a kid at Christmas. It was everything I wanted. I am still excited writing this review. Everything came exactly as it would have right from Kickstarter! Price was not set well within the reasonable side and even shipping those 3 huge boxes was fair. Unfortunately, I live about 7+ hours away or I would feequent this store. Having something like a Kickstarter top pledge item in stock well after it was over, well I could only imagine the fun things in their stores. If you live around these folks go buy stuff. Or if you see something instock on their online store. Buy it! 10/10 will check here again for rare items.”

“Tom is the reason I will not return to this chain, on the surface he seems nice and friendly but his customer service needs major improvement. Short, secretive seeming answers and refuses to hold items. He needs to recognize and work with customers who spend $500+ a month that will now go elsewhere. Morgan is great but Tom screws the whole thing up, at least for me. Enjoy the loss of $500+/month because of him.....”
