Their Warhammer selection is not the biggest, but certainly amazing in every sense of the way. Market prices, amazing staff, great atmosphere, and phenomenal service. Oh and they're expanding their Warhammer selection. So the only negative is practically gone.”

I was greeted quickly and the guys behind the counter were so kind to help me with all my questions, despite how busy they were. Thank you for the patience you showed and all the answers given! Store was very clean and looked to have quite a few people playing cards! Definitely will be stopping in again!”

“I've visited this store multiple times over the past few years, and unfortunately the experience has been consistently disappointing. On nearly every visit, I've had to approach the counter and ask for assistance rather than being greeted or acknowledged as a customer, even when staff appeared available. I've made several attempts to engage with employees over time, but the atmosphere has often felt unwelcoming and, at times, dismissive. My most recent experience was particularly frustrating. I called ahead to ask whether the store was buying Pokémon cards and was told yes. Based on that information, I made the trip to the store with my collection. Once I arrived, I was told they were not buying cards due to upcoming construction. This was before construction had even started. I was then told to come back on Wednesday, which ended up being the day construction actually began. I've also had an experience where I was in the process of purchasing cards only to be told they were no longer available because someone else had already bought them. Inventory issues happen, but sold items should be removed from display before another customer attempts to purchase them. One of the reasons I got into collecting was to find a sense of community. Unfortunately, this store has never felt like a welcoming place to build relationships within the hobby. After reading other reviews, it seems I'm not the only person who has had this impression. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works to improve the customer experience.”
