“I love this place. Level Up is the place I get most of my MTG singles. I've never had a bad or negative experience when interacting with the staff. I am always greeted by staff, even when they may be busy with other customers or pulling orders. I think the prices on singles are pretty convenient. I don't have to worry about my cards going missing in the mail ordering online - I just pop into the store and buy cards on hand. They do have the option to order online and have cards shipped to you, but I have not tried the shipping option. I live close enough to make the 20/30minute drive to pick up my orders. I do not have experience purchasing product of other TCGs, but the Magic product has been good. They do specify when making purchases on the site, "give time for the order to be fulfilled before going to pick up an order. They've been great when fulfilling online orders - even when I show up prematurely. The space is great to show up and play a few games throughout the week and on the weekends. I can always find a play group for a few commander games.”

“A place that helped increase my Pokémon collection over the months. However, previous reviews noted that the workers there are inattentive and I’m inclined to agree. I walked in not a half-hour ago hoping to purchase an Pokémon Center ETB with cash I was saving only to find out it was listed wrong on their own personally managed website. I don’t know how someone could make that kind of mistake with products so sought out and expensive, but I was greatly disappointed with their self-inflicted blunder. Walked out without making a purchase. Hopefully in the future, they’ll have more of a watchful eye when stocking and labeling their products.”
