“So I was already planning to leave a review for the great service, but Raven truly went above and beyond. Yesterday, while traveling through on our way to West Virginia, we were about 1.5 hr into our drive when we got three screws in one of our tires and had to stop at the tire shop in the same plaza. While we were there waiting, we walked past Graded Vault. My son is just getting into Pokémon & was looking for some beginner cards and a binder. Raven was incredibly helpful and took the time to help us pick out a few starter items. We also had our toddlers with us, and one of them accidentally left behind her favorite stuffie. I realized hours later & called to ask if it was there, and Raven said it was. We couldn’t make it back through until the next day, so I called again when they opened. *BUT* it’s a Sunday and we wouldn’t be passing back through until after closing. Raven was so kind and offered to put it outside for us to pick up. I was so worried the drive back about it not being there, but it was! And not only was she there waiting for us, but she had a new pair of sunglasses and a little note. Thank you Raven for your kindness and for going above & beyond.
