“I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Today I purchased a complete-in-box Earthbound, with the scratch-and-sniff included. The quality of the box, game, game pins, strategy guide, and scratch-and-sniff were all excellent. As someone who is obsessed with Earthbound, I am so happy for being able to find this grail in the wild. Everyone in the store was so nice. I could feel the excitement and kind spirited atmosphere from the moment I spoke with the store owner Frank. He showcased the game and all of its contents on a clean mat and even unscrewed the game cartridge to ensure full authenticity. I LOVE Stateline Video Games! Thank you so much Frank, the two hour drive was absolutely worth it 😊 My all-time favorite collector’s piece has now been achieved. Also special shoutout to the other man and woman who were working today — I did not catch their names but they were just as pleasant as Frank. If you want quality and to buy games from someone as enthused as you are, buy your games at Stateline.”

“Stateline Video Games should be the model for all video game stores! I called regarding a post I saw online for a CIB Earthbound and they were just a joy to talk to. I called the next day to make sure they still had it, and they happily told me it was there. I could hear their smiles through the phone :) My friend and I drove 2hrs to come here and the drive was worth it. Frank warmly greeted us, and the other staff there were friendly and just as welcoming. He was very thorough during the transaction and packaging. Frank even suggested a pizza place in town to us. If you’re looking for any video games, Frank and everyone at Stateline are your people to go to!”

“One of the better Video game stores in western mass. Huge selection of retro games ranging from Playstation 2, wii, Xbox 360 so much more. Great staff, very friendly. Location is always clean. Prices are fair, around market value. Some are lower, some are higher. Game cases are always clean, disc's are always clean and clear of scratches. Highly recommend this store. Definitely put stateline on your list of shops to visit. I've been a stateline customer since the original Agawam days years ago.”
