The staff are always welcoming, helpful, and willing to answer questions. The store has a great atmosphere that makes everyone feel comfortable and included. There are plenty of games being played, regular events, and a diverse community of players. The selection of products is excellent, with support for multiple trading card games and tabletop games. What really stands out is how positive and inviting the environment is. It’s clear that the owner and staff put a lot of effort into creating a place where people can enjoy their hobbies, meet new friends, and have a great time. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a fun and welcoming gaming community. The store does place limits on certain card pack purchases, but it’s completely understandable since it helps ensure more customers have a fair chance to buy product.”

“Pokémon! Such nice staff and a store that I can tell takes great pride and care in their much expansive collections of games, including TCG. I began to collect Pokémon recently and I was happy to add to the start of my collection from the several Pokémon card options RU Game has! There are very few stores in the Ann Arbor area that keeps consistent stock, so this will be my new favorite place!
