The selection and prices were great, but what really stood out was the way he treated my son. He was incredibly patient with all of his questions, took the time to interact with him, and genuinely made the experience special for him. At the end, he even stayed late to show my son how to win a prize on the token machine, which absolutely made his day. It’s rare to find someone who goes that far out of their way to create such a positive experience for customers, especially kids. You can tell Tone truly cares about people and loves what he does.
