Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about their products and where quick to help out if you had any questions. They also have a great rewards program if you are a huge collector. “Really good pricing and great staff. That alone makes Galactic Toys & Games a strong store in my book. The only drawback for me is that the play area definitely seems more geared toward card games than tabletop miniatures. Since they only have a few locations, I’d still count them as an LGS, but the setup may appeal more to some hobbies than others. Still, overall a very good experience and absolutely worth a visit.”

“Great store with an insane amount of gunpla. The staff were good for the most part expect one. I was in here dropping close to 400 dollars. My girlfriend and I were both spending a lot of money buying a lot of different things and the dude's attitude at the counter almost made us just walk out and shop elsewhere. Just seemed to be bothered to be serving us and answering the 2 questions we had. Seemed like he hated to be serving us when we were polite and in a great mood. I don't need ass kissing service when shopping but i don't need someone looking upset he has to serve us when between us we are dropping well over 500. He asked if I wanted bag in a grumbled tone I said yes as I had 16 items he rolled his eyes and began to bag saying I'd have to wait for him to bag them? Yeah that's fine with me just less attitude. Then when he served my girlfriend she had 5 items and he asked if she wanted a bag she said yes and he just sighed and looked upset so she said it's fine and she can just carry them and he said "i will bag it but it's just going to be annoying"..... I will always shop local and try to support an lgs but service like that makes me want to buy online or just go elsewhere. Not going to rate below 3 stars because selection is amazing and the girls who asked if we needed help after we were served were lovely. Their prices are a little high on the tcg side but are insanely amazing on the model side.”
