“I really enjoy browsing this store. Could spend hours in there. But many reviews are not wrong. That woman everyone calls out in their reviews is an interesting person. Probably shouldn't be in customer service. I really couldn't care less, she was fine with me. But I caught myself having to cover my laughter hearing her just destroy other people in the store. Truly ruthless to some people. If you go in with an open mind and imagine that you are on a hidden camera tv show, you'll have a good time.”

“I wanted to buy a NES system. I asked the lady at the counter if I could take a look at the ones that they have for sale. She said no because they box their used game consoles up and tape them. I said I would like to buy one, but not if I can’t see it first because I’m looking for one that is in pretty good condition. She explained that, as a used system, it is going to have some scratches or other imperfections. I understand that, but for a used system, I want to see what I’m buying before I buy it. I then noticed a cosmetically nice-looking NES behind the counter that was not in a box and I asked if that one was for sale and she said no, not yet. The owners of this store should consider boxing up but not sealing their used consoles so that customers can see them before buying. Yes, some customers may not care about cosmetic blemishes and just want the console, but many of us game collectors do, and they are losing business with this practice. I walked out of the store empty-handed that day.”
