“I have had difficulty finding Pokemon TCG cards for my son and I, without paying exorbitant scalper prices or insanely high “market” prices. I stopped into TCG Cloquet and was quite impressed right out of the gate. I spoke with them and felt things out a little regarding prices as they were above MSRP but below market. What they have done until they can lock in with a sealed supplier like Mj Holdings or the likes, is buying sealed product and reselling what they can get at a minimal mark up. They negotiate the scalpers down for us laymen folk basically until they can be supplied with sealed in a fashion like BB, walmart, target etc. That spoke volumes to me. It shows the business cares more about its customers than its dollars unlike the other card shops I have visited locally. They are also willing to negotiate with you, especially if you buy multiple items, on price. No one else so far does. Period. They have also helped me locate and procure some vintage cards and helped my son and I get setup to play the TCG while we catch em all. Every stop is filled with jokes, laughter, smiles, and great times. They will have my business forever and even a little spot in my heart. I highly recommend this store to everyone. You simply cannot leave without smiling your behind off.”
