“Pretty cool place for your nes, super NES and Sega gaming system needs, the associates are very knowledgeable with a great sense of humor. it always puts a smile on my face and make me think about the good times in childhood total nostalgia! They have a pretty decent stock of multiple things like Pokemon trading cards, NES games and Wii games also super Nintendo! They had a couple of my childhood favorite games at a pretty cool price. They also have accessories for gaming and collectibles👍”

“Very nice little store with an awesome selection. I was up visiting the Mall of America with my wife for her birthday. We made the trip up from Iowa. As I am a collector I like to look for the brick & mortar stores that sell used games and consoles and this was one of the area stores I stumbled on. I ended up purchasing a copy of Castlevania: Symphony of the Night (Greatest Hits) that is in very good condition. I noticed the asking price was a tad high so I asked the man at the counter (not sure if the owner or employee) if he'd be willing to take an offer. We discussed it and agreed on a price. We also got to talking about games and our shared history of having worked video game retail at Toys R Us. All in all a great experience and I'd happily go back again. I have read some reviews complaining about prices. Maybe try making an offer, worst they can say is no. If they didn't mistreat you in some way pricing is hardly a reason to tear someone's business down with a 1 Star Review. We need these stores to stick around, let's help hold them up instead of the negativity. Thanks to Hi Score for a wonderful purchasing experience. Very happy to finally get this one in my collection.”

“it's a convenient store but slightly overpriced. sometimes they don't open on time. good for a quick look or if you know of a specific product you are going there to purchase.”

“I really have thought long and hard about posting a review. But it’s been a few weeks and I can’t stop thinking about it. My boyfriend and I, and my brother have spent hundreds here in the past 2 months. We loved going, great selection for magic card packs and reasonable prices. In fact, we found they had (keyword here guys) the best prices on some boxes we love. We recently got my brother into Magic, and he wanted a bloomburrow box, and I specifically brought him here because I knew he would get a good price. Well they had just raised it $50 but missed a box and so it was still the $150. We asked what one reflected the correct price, not trying to get the box cheaper just clarifying. The worker honored the lower price on the box and that was really kind. We went home talking about how cool it was he honored the mistake, we would still have purchased at the new $200 price, but besides the point. We went back probably a day or two later and I decided I wanted a whole phyrexia box. I had been debating it and he had such a good deal at $199.99. I remember googling to see if it was a good price and it was the same as TCG at the time (also important only one visible box with the price set at 199). I also decided to get some collector boosters as well. I paid, left, and all was good. Until I opened the seal and saw the price had somehow gone up $50. I know for certain it was $199 on the shelf. Not $249. Having already opened it I couldn’t go back. I wouldn’t have bought it for $249 had I known. I have sat with this for awhile as I’ve said but, this is unacceptable. You don’t get an itemized receipt from this place just a whole price for one purchase since prices are calculated and put in. I didn’t think twice about the price because we had been here a LOT and everything has been awesome before, plus the collector boosters are expensive too and tax is a factor as well, but I was charged $249 for the box and then the correct amount for the collector boosters after double checking. I understand I could have done the math, but I was excited and I knew it would be expensive. We have since stopped going, and likely won’t return because of this. There are much better options out there for stores. But it sucks this one turned out to do this after how often we shopped there and bought stuff too. If you are searching for a great store with great prices for Magic and pokemon and specifically Magic collector boosters try Sliver King in Hastings. Kinda hidden but it’s been so wonderful and you earn rewards to get discounts which actually is so nice and adds up! And the staff are super kind and helpful. Plus I have never been blindsided by a price there… thanks for reading! I hope none of you have a similar experience if you decide to go!”
