“This store has very friendly and helpful staff, and a welcoming environment. This was my first time visiting, and I didn't feel out of place. The decor is very nice, and they have a wide range of unique offerings that are hard to find elsewhere: Pokemon figurines imported from Japan; D&D books including larger campaign, and one shot campaigns, and handbooks; large selection of comic books, plushies, Pokemon cards, and Manga. Intend to go back! : )”

“Giving this store 2 ONLY because the staff member behind the counter was super helpful. Four of us showed up for a Lorcana tournament after driving 3.5 hours. This was done because previous tournaments had been run so well with great offerings of prizing. Now, we totally understand as frequent players, sometimes product is slim or unavailable, but what was done for this tournament was shady at best. After paying 35$ a person (77$ a couple plus tax), we sat down to prepare for the tournament. As the round one pairings were being announced, it was made known to the entire 22 person group that since there was no more Wilds Unknown (the most resent set usually used for prizing for the winners) there would be no additional prizing. The Lorcana prizing, set champ promos and one mat, would be the only prizing (of which I am sure was at no cost to the store to receive from Ravensburger). This was already know by the store by a local member of the game store showing us the discord post of the store boasting a 2,500$ total prize pot - referring to the cards and mat alone. The store leadership deceived the entirety of the community by not letting anyone know there would be no additional prizing until everyone paid and the tournament was to begin. This comes prior to this store running a CCQ for Lorcana very soon, and honestly isn’t a great look for people in this community. This was our first time from Louisiana, but unfortunately will be our last due to the way we felt deceived and also taken advantage of monetarily. Good luck to those who continue to support this shop, as they seem to feel that complaints of players are easily dismissed (by way of deleting of discord messages voicing displeasure in a professional way). Hopefully the CCQ will go better for those who choose to spend their money here.”

“I was told to bring my sports cards to their location and they would look at them and possibly buy them. standing around while they looked at my cards, one employee seemed interested in quite a few rare cards I had in my collection, another employee stepped in and informed both me and his employee that they don't buy older sports cards, they are in the market for the newest cards. It was a waste of my time and quite a disappointment to be honest. Not even sure why they said they may buy my collection if they indeed don't even buy cards like I had. Not very professional in my opinion.”
