“Check my profile I don't leave reviews often I only leave reviews when somebody absolutely gets under my skin and I need to say something about it or when somebody absolutely goes over the top and impresses me which is very rare I've been in customer service for over a decade I would like to say I'm not perfect nobody is but I am very good in what I do which is a customer service based job now Mason the awesome man I dealt with who just so happened to be the owner and I can start by saying that's an immediate good experience in my eyes dealing one-on-one with the owner can't get better than that besides that I brought him a binder I heard through a close friend he was looking for some cards to stock up his store I had a binder with like 400 holographic Pokemon cards no million dollar cards but he worked out a deal with me I wasn't expecting and was very satisfied with and the last thing that he did that blew me away I came in at the end of his work day which I wasn't going to expect him to look over the binder since it was the end of his day he offered to take it home of course if I was comfortable with that which come on anybody that collects Pokemon we know what's in our binder 🤣 either way he's a trustworthy man worked me a great deal and I couldn't be happier this shop isn't just a card shop this is a company that is your card friends you already know I'll be doing business in the future thanks again Mason!!”
