“Twice a year, Maplewood Hobby hosts an auction that offers amazing bargains for aficionados of military miniatures and war games. On Friday nights, the store stays open late to host groups of Battletech and Warhammer gamers. How do I know all this? I have a husband who grew up with these interests, and now he has shared them with our son. It turns out that all I had to do to get my kid excited about family fencing practice was join a club around the corner from the premier gaming store in New Jersey.”

“What a great shop! Chatted up the guys that run it and they are all great! Good variety of paint brands ranging from The Army Painter, Citadel, Vallejo, Ak, and more! Nice selection of things you'd need to paint a mini (brushes, debris for your bases, etc). They do also sell some model kits if that's what you're looking for but I think their bread and butter is in supplying mini enthusiast with painting materials. Very much geared towards War Games! They also host nights to play things like warhammer Fairly priced too!”
