“The customer service was great. He was very kind, patient & understanding. I had just arrived when the worker was just stepping out to go on lunch, I overheard him explaining to another customer that he’s going on his break & he’ll be back in about a half hour or so to continue doing trade ins. Obviously I’m human & also work in customer service, so I’m understanding, especially with the short amount of time offered during lunch breaks, so I returned half & hour later on the dot, Matt did my trades & I was out in less than 15 minutes. “Never had problems there trading in before usually it’s the skinny guy with glasses who I love but today I had a rather rude portly gentleman with big ol eyes who couldn’t see the bigger picture. Big mistake lost the store on some good stuff because when he told me the total I asked him if you could break it up so I know how much is what and he’s like “if you wanna do that I don’t want any of them” first of all I’ve sold individual games here before and for you to demand the whole lot or you won’t buy any is kinda crazy. I was just asking you the price for each specific one. “I can only do 12 for that one” okay but you’ve bought it for 15 before. Either way there’s plenty of other places to go but I did like this one oh well(update: he wanted to give me 42$ GameStop gave me 55$… that’s how you know somethings terribly wrong 😂)”
