Both times the owner, Alex, was happy to look at what I brought in and provided a ton of helpful information on what to do with them, how to get the most value when selling them, and which ones to possibly have graded and how to go about doing that. He was genuine and honest and even advised me that other stores might be able to give a better value than his own. He even gave me a couple of sleeves for my cards and did not ask for anything in return for this or his help. It's clear that he has a passion for these hobbies and that is a wonderful thing to encounter, even as someone who hasn't been a collector or card gamer in 20+ years. If I ever find myself getting back into the hobby, Underworld will definitely be my first choice for cards and events.”
