“First time I went to this local shop. I picked up several retro games. Games worked great and no issues. The games were pretty clean for the most part. One needed some deeper cleaning. Still game worked great. Prices were good to. Definitely be back again.”

“I purchased a PS2 from these guys at TMG 2026, and unfortunately there was a small issue with the hardware. I brought it into their in-person store about a week later, and the problem was resolved at no cost to me. Very awesome and genuine people who know what they're talking about. Shoutouts to Cousin Rob!!!”

“This store was 3 hours out of way for me, but absolutely worth it. It was a very nice store, has an incredibly friendly atmosphere and the cashier was very polite. They had a whole bunch of old promotional kiosks and whatnot for people to play with which was a good way to kill time while my disks were resurfaced. The selection the store offered was equally as impressive, walked out with 5 games on my wishlist from as common as Need For Speed: Most Wanted, to obscure licensed games like Die Hard: Vendetta. Now I will say the prices are absolutely amazing, getting a like new Pikmin for $45 was an absolute steal and Dragon’s Dogma complete in Box for $10 is just as good. Again, it took me 6 hours round trip to get here, but I don’t regret it all, if you live in Norristown, Reading, or Philly this is absolute worth going to.”

“Writing this in hopes that the owner reads it. I've been to this store many times over the past few years and have bought quite a few games. I'm coming from Downingtown, so the selection of retro game stores is very limited. Starting with the Pros: good selection of games, with new and interesting items each time I go in. Prices - while a little high - are far from egregious. Cons: Trading in games or trying to negotiate the price of purchase (if it's more than a buck or two) is a terrible experience. The employees seem to have almost no power to make a decision. What typically happens is they text the owner (in the rare cases they seem to call), and wait for his (or hers) approval. This is a time consuming and baffling process. Second, so many of the games are filthy and I'd never dream of putting them in my console until they go through a thorough cleaning. I picked up a game that had not one, but two hairs stuck to it. Plucked one off in the store but had to scrub the gunk away to get the other. They were asking $8 for the game (pictured) but I got it for $5 after I opened up the flashlight on my phone to point out the nasty grime. What I don't understand is that the fair price for the game is $10, and I'd gladly pay that if it were cleaned. I can't wrap my head around selling dirty (in this case, filthy) merchandise to people. Why not put the effort in (maybe a couple minutes per game) to wipe them down and have some pride about what's on your shelf? This is not a one-off experience, it happens with just about everything I've purchased from there. I like the hobby a lot and I want to support small businesses which is why I go back. I hope some of this feedback is considered. I posted before/after pics of the most recent game I bought and cleaned.”
