“An absolute gem. This has to be the friendliest game store I’ve ever been to. The decor is reminiscent of a local tavern from a fantasy adventure game. The front half of the store has a great variety of board games, card games (yes including Magic: The Gathering), and role playing games. The back half of the store has several tables for playing those games. Check out the Events page of their website for game nights, old school dungeons & dragons sessions, and more. Newbies are more than welcome and are made to feel right at home. If you’ve ever been curious about what this whole D&D thing is all about, try one of these events. Overall just a great place that MJ is lucky to have!”

“I wish I was better with names, but the gentleman who has helped me at this store is wonderful. Been twice and was sitting here a couple days after my visit still thinking about how lovely the interaction was. Both games he has recommended to me were a perfect fit for my collection and will definitely get played more than once. Singlehandedly the most welcoming game shop I've ever been too. We arrived approximately 30 minutes before close(which I didn't feel the best about) on Friday, though the games were in full swing in the back and showed no signs of waning. Would highly recommend if you haven't been.”

“The owner and the staff are some of the friendliest, caring, and genuine individuals you’ll find anywhere in Mt. Juliet. The atmosphere and values the store stands for are truly outstanding. The owner and the staff go out of their way to make every soul that walks through the doors feel included, seen, and welcomed. This attitude not only extends at the front counter, but in every single game that is taught at this store. Every staff member and volunteer takes time to explain all the games and concepts so that even if you are new to the hobby, you can have fun and learn something new. Their monthly calendar is filled with “101” game groups and tutorials to teach newcomers. I cannot say enough good things about this place and I wish them nothing but success in years to come. This place needs to become a staple in Mt. Juliet. A little gem of a game store with a whole lot of heart!”
