What a fun night!! The magic was great! We laughed, and had a wonderful time! A perfect date night! Surprisingly the food was excellent! The elk is a huge portion a the cocktails are unique and fun! Also kudos to Robert, a verrrry knowledgeable (the guy loves steak) and attentive waiter! And honorable mention to Marty who took the best photos of us!

We visited House of Cards to celebrate my husband earning some certifications, and it was such a unique experience. The restaurant itself feels very secluded and hidden away since you enter through the basement of the building connected to the Johnny Cash Museum, which adds to the atmosphere right away. The hostesses were very friendly and polite, and we were seated immediately. Our waiter was attentive from start to finish, going over the drink specials and food specials with us and making sure we had everything we needed throughout the evening. The food was delicious, and the sides were definitely large enough to share between two people. They give you enough time to enjoy your meal before the entertainment starts, and then you can either enjoy the smaller magic shows around the restaurant or wait for the main show. The main show was really good and interactive, which made the entire night feel special. It is more expensive, but in my opinion, it’s worth the price for the experience. We’ve tried many different restaurants in Nashville, and this was definitely one of the most unique experiences we’ve had. Perfect for a special occasion or just trying something different.

Thia place exceeded all of our expectations! I dont know how you csn visit Nashville without including this place. My wife found it on a fluke using GPT and we went for our Anniversary The steaks were PHENOMINAL, the sides were incredible and the coctals were amazing. JD met us as we entered and gave us the full tour of all the areas you can visit while there from the dining area to the outdoor patio lounge, to the 2 private areas for up close magic and told us were to be and when for thr theater show. We arrived about 6pm and left at 1015... truely an experience over a dinner and a show. I got every pe ny worth in our experience and highly recommend it. For those onto speak easy experienced, this will raise the bar for sure!! I feel horrible that i cannot recall the ge tkemans name we met as we exited and helped us out with our final photos. Another fa tasting expeeice and conversation. Best money spent on our travels in a VERY long time. Coming from Toronto amd driving here for our Anniversary, night 1 set the tone for thr rest of our road trip

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Magical Birthday Experience at House of Cards From start to finish, House of Cards delivered an unforgettable evening for my friend's birthday dinner. The reservation process was seamless. Someone called ahead to confirm, shared parking details (the Pinnacle Building, validated, just don't forget your ticket!), and gave us a heads-up on the dress code. When we arrived, security escorted us from the Johnny Cash Museum down to the basement, professional and welcoming. Our hostesses greeted us warmly, and our server Nick met us at the door, gave us a quick tour pointing out the three magic tables, and seated us in front of the self-playing piano where a ghost named Thurston takes requests. Enchanting. Our host Marty took photos of us and walked us through the evening timeline, a lovely personal touch. The food was exceptional. We started with the Crab Cakes, mostly crab and minimal breading, highly recommend. We split a perfectly executed Wedge Salad, which they kindly split in the kitchen. For mains, I had the Elk Tenderloin served medium rare over Peruvian Purple Potatoes, with a side of Duck Fat Fingerling Potatoes we shared. My friend had the Rack of Lamb, equally delicious. Nick lit the candles and treated my friend to Carrot Cake her choice, light, airy, and perfectly frosted, a sweet and memorable ending to the meal. At 6:45 we moved to the intimate 40-person theater for a 30-minute magic show with magician Marc Brown. He wowed us with so many amazing tricks we were absolutely stunned. The show was highly interactive, with many guests getting to participate. Bring your drinks in! Afterward, the outdoor patio features a cigar bar with a beautiful fountain. Be aware it gets quite smoky. You can also head back inside for close-up magic from three table magicians, a fantastic finale. One note on dress code: nearly everyone was in evening gowns and sport coats, and we did notice three women in denim and flip flops who were not turned away. If casual attire is allowed, please communicate that clearly. Dress up, you will feel right at home and the atmosphere is elevated for it. House of Cards is a one-of-a-kind Nashville experience. We will absolutely be back!
