I called after hunting for stores for what we were looking for, so gracious to look up places, where we were and home (1/1.5 from home) and turns out his store is the one on the way home and is going to have what I want, want the bf wants, and the bf brother! But the effort and kindness he did to help me google and hunt and recommendations was absolutely amazing!! I get my board games instead of amazon, boys get warhammer, and bf gets materials for painting the warhammers? I don’t speak war hammer. But yay!!! On our way and love Lace! Sorry Lace is I misspelled your name. :/”

“The staff is not friendly, nor welcoming at all. They make it feel like your are a burden just by walking in. I have purchased many times to see if it was a fluke but it has been consistently unwelcoming in attitude. They do have an OK selection of cards to choose but that is the only good thing here.”

“ordered a $75+ single online today. when i picked it up there is a visible imperfection at the corner, easily seen with the naked eye. guy argued with me insisting that there's nothing wrong with the card. refused to give a refund. he pulled out a jeweler's loupe to show me "nothing was wrong". the defect is clearly visible with and without the loupe & i felt very gaslit. i have a large collection, multiple decks, and many expensive singles & no other cards in my collection have this issue. (first photo is a good corner, 2/3 are the scuffed corner, last photo is from ebay, for reference. looks worse in person but my camera only goes to 2x)”

“Preface: I went in to shop for pokemon cards. The Good: The store is nice, lots of things to see, from warhammer, pokemon, mtg and more. Also had an online inventory that is nice. The Bad: They don't do much vintage from what they told me, and not a lot of pokemon in general but a decent amount. The Ugly: A. The Desk staff was an older man who was very rude and didn't want to be there, did not greet me, took forever to find the card i wanted to look at. just an overall downer. You want someone that works at these places to be interested in what they are doing and he clearly wasn't. The prices are far and away the highest I've seen. Blaziken FB LV.X damaged, 44.99. goes for 30-40 in NM. Blaziken from Ruby & Sapphire, Damaged, 11 dollars, goes for 15 in NM. Alakazam base 2, damaged, $35. Goes for 20 in NM.”
