I discovered pure video game gold at “Found It Electronics & Video Games”!!!!!!! The selection and prices are extraordinary!!! You can’t go wrong and the staff is more than helpful. I am a Metal Gear Solid nut and they had a great selection of games I once had. I was happy to get them again and relive the nostalgia of my youth. I am at a loss for words how cool and amazing the organization and variety of different game systems and games are in this amazing place! You need time to see the epic collection of games, cards and toys. The presentation is immaculate and beautifully displayed. I cannot wait to go back again start working in the long wish list I’ve been making. Please check out all the pic and give them a visit today!!!

100/10 store! If I could give it more stars I would! Absolutely amazing! Styler, Trevor, and Sam were phenomenal help! I was looking liquidate a ton of my collection consisting of figpins, magic cards, and yugioh cards. They worked with me and took everything! I’ve had a 100 piece Figpin collection a few years now and have been struggling to sell it on my own. Found It being able to take it was a huge help!!

For the most part really loved this place. Very clean and organized store with a staff who you can tell are really passionate about their job. I stopped by their store because I found a few things in my attic I thought they may want to buy off of me. My first visit was great. The staff were super friendly and I had absolutely great customer service. I enjoyed doing business. The next day, I found some other things that I wanted to sell and dropped by the store. The guy that helped me the day before was there and even remembered my name which was very cool to see but another employee helped me this time. He was fine but nowhere near as friendly as the staff I talked to the day before. He inspected the games I brought in and gave me an offer. He claimed my game console had broken components and needed to take off over 20% of offer price which I was first fine with. I was going to do the deal then I bothered to ask him to show me what was wrong with the console. He went over to show me and nothing was wrong at all and everything worked fine. Very disappointed with this interaction. I had such a great experience the day before. I’ll still rate them a 4/5 as I think the store is still very neat. Just a shame someone is trying to take advantage of a situation and scheme their way to a cheaper price even though I’m already giving a great deal.

I’ve had mostly great experiences at this video game store. The staff are always friendly, approachable, and genuinely helpful—they make it easy to ask questions or track down something specific. The selection is solid, and overall the pricing is pretty fair compared to other places. That said, there’s one thing that didn’t sit right with me. I noticed a game priced at $35 one week, but when I came back the next day, it was gone from the shelf. An employee mentioned they had another copy in the back and was willing to grab it for me, which I appreciated—but the price was suddenly $45. It felt like the markup was tied to the extra effort, which came across as not entirely customer-first. I still think this is a great shop with good products and a helpful team, but that experience left me a bit hesitant. Just something to be aware of when shopping here.
