“TLTR: The owner called back and apologized and I respect that. I called this store to ask whether they had a specific card in stock which is around $100 The employee told me they could not disclose whether they had that specific card, only that they had cards from that set. I understand that stores may have inventory policies for cards, but this is my first time having a tcg store say this. Update: the owner reached out and apologized and that goes further than the trouble. I respect that and ill fix this review for it. What bothered me most was the customer service. After I explained that I lived 4 hours away and was trying to figure out whether the trip made sense, the employee said “good luck bro” and hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak with a supervisor, and he said he was the supervisor. When I asked if he thought it was okay to be rude, he said I was the one being rude, but would not explain how. I would have accepted a clear explanation of the store’s policy, but being hung up on and dismissed was very unprofessional. Based on this interaction, I would be hesitant to shop here or make a long trip to visit this store. I don't ask for names but the call was today 6/22/2026 at 12pm.”
