“I recently came back into the Pokemon Card scene and wanted to get some packs that were a reasonable price since most places are sold out (thanks scalpers). The workers here are very polite and helped me know what were the popular sets and which ones have the biggest upside and biggest chases. Especially the 2 workers on Friday, June 6th 2026! I settled into buying a few foreign cards (Japanese, Korean, Simplied Chinese) and a Pokemon Tin for the 151 set. Overall I had a great experience with this store and will come back frequently to do more business as the workers actually want to help you and not just sell you products. “I've been shopping at the store since 2023 and what an amazing customer experience I have every time I shop at the store whether it's to buy or sell cards, games etc. I get treated with the up most respect and professionalism by my favorite store employee ZACH on every visit. I'm at the Flower Mound location about 3-4 times per week and my transactions are handled seamlessly by Zach. He's very knowledgeable in sports, which is what I mainly collect and I can't thank him enough for always taking the time to thoroughly go through my card collection when I'm selling. Zach always goes above and beyond, he always ensures that there is transparency in every transaction. I can surely see Zach running a store one day through his exceptional leadership and professionalism. I also wanted to recognize Noah who has just been promoted to the Flower Mound location. I can't even use words to describe how genuine she is as a person and her level of professionalism/ customer service is phenomenal. Having someone like her is what keeps people like me coming back to the store and continue to shop. She has also helped me a countless number of times and even showed me how to utilize TCG player to look up the value of my Pokemon cards. I also wanted recognize CAS for her professionalism and customer service, along with Christian who has helped me a countless number of times when I'm making a purchase. He even took the time to give me a crash course on ONE PIECE and what I should be looking for when I'm buying. This is truly a superstar team of employees at Flower Mound! Thank you to everyone.”

“I was out shopping for cards with my niece while her dad was having surgery on his shoulder. I was just trying to help keep her mind off things, and we ended up stopping by Collectibles and Cards in Flower Mound. She found a Magikarp & Wailord card that she absolutely loved, and of course I found a few cards myself. I was especially torn on a Mega Charizard X EX. The card looked perfect, but I was nervous about pulling the trigger on such a big purchase. That’s when the Assistant Manager, Christian, stepped in and mentioned that if I spent over a certain amount, he could help me out with a small discount. Honestly, that gave me the confidence I needed to take the chance and needless to say, it turned out to be a great decision. “I absolutely love this store, they've got Yu-Gi-Oh, Pokemon, Magic, One piece and more. They've also got video games and consoles, ranging from retro to modern stuff, plus tons of collectibles! Pop culture, anime, video gaming, there is so much great stuff here! The staff is also super friendly and knowledgeable, they were very helpful and patient. I got some great Yu-Gi-Oh singles and a couple other things. I highly highly recommend checking this place out! 10/10 for sure”
