“I mailed in some MTG cards as part of their buy list program and the whole process went very smoothly. Upon them receiving my cards they emailed me notifying me of receipt and an apology stating due to a high buy list volume coming in they may take longer than usual to process my cards. They had my cards processed in about 5 days. Once processed they emailed me notifying me of the credit I would receive and that it takes about 10 days to appear on my account. It was on my account in about 4 days. They were very fair on their evaluation of my cards and had excellent communication throughout the whole process. I then used my credit to purchase some 40K miniatures and they shipped my order the next day. My order was received from TX to FL in about 4 days and was exactly as described. I have already recommended them to friends and family. Excellent communication, fast shipping, will definitely buy from them again.”

“I've never visited the store physically, but have ordered from them online multiple times. Let's get the bad stuff out of the way first: Game Nerdz used to be better with pricing for sealed Pokemon and Magic the Gathering. Lately, hot TCG items will be priced a bit higher. Not quite market price, but above MSRP. This doesn't apply everything, but definitely in-demand products. I've also had a few orders cancelled in the past for TCG preorders and such, which is definitely upsetting. Now for the good news! They are pretty fast to process and ship orders. The products are packaged very securely to ensure no damage in transit. For previous MTG releases, Game Nerdz would ship out in time for pre-release weekend. For most of my Magic the Gathering pre-orders, they've had good sales/deals and bundles. For Marvel Super Heroes MTG, my order arrived a bit late (after release day), which is totally fine, but still a change from their previous pre-release track record. When tracking this order, the customer support was SUPERB (as always). Game Nerdz email customer support are always SUPER fast to respond to my emails. Shout out to Kelsey and Daniel for being helpful and polite when dealing with customer support issues! I also like that they have an online loyalty program!”

“Ordered Pokemon: Paradox Destinies Tin (Set of 4) and noticed they weren't properly sealed the way they should be, i opened them and found packs that were not supposed to be in those tins. None of the tins had the packs they were originally released with. You can tell the tins were tampered with, the packs weren't even set back in the tins properly. I would leave a review on the product in their site but they dont have that option, probably to avoid bad reviews and keep scamming people.”

“I was really excited at the price of their preorders. I confirmed it was misdelived and they advised I was not only out that money, but they were cancelling the rest of my order to be safe. Cancelling the rest of the order acknowleges the shipping issue itself. Be careful if you are having orders delivered to your home.”
