“Got this fun Christmas gift for our 4 yr old Cowboy. Free Gift Wrapping too. Prices comparable to WalMart and we didn’t have to wait for shipping. Nate and Kerrya were great floor associates. These fancy princess dresses are also available. Our 2 yr old princess will have a fun Christmas with these fancy dresses. Look at those shoes. Everybody needs fancy shoes. This is a fun store. “Although many things are marked up quite a bit, there is excellent selection and variety. Teton probably is the closest thing to a Toysrus you can find in Utah. Our kids easily can spend a good hour in here just looking at things. If nothing else, this is a great place to get gift ideas”

“Ashamed and disgusted by the owner(s) and staff. They’ve been heavily posting on social media about needoh’s being in stock. I ran to the Orem location and my friend Lehi to purchase for Easter baskets. I was appalled at the pricing. Higher than resellers on eBay. I asked the staff is the price was correct for the cake was $25 and $20 for the pizza. That’s a 400% markup from MSRP. Having been a buyer for a retail company for years the wholesale cost on these items are $1-3. I gave the store the benefit of maybe it was marked per case and the kids who were sitting on the counter NOT paying attention to customers surely made a mistake when putting them out. I asked and the teenage boy laughed and said yeah that’s the price. I replied you understand that’s price gouging more than resellers and other local shops. I would rather give my business to a “small business” than a conglomerate such as Target or 5 Below. He laughed at me and said yeah we’ll do they have them in stock? Point well taken. Everything I’ve purchased for Easter baskets and birthday gifts in the last month will be going back. At this point I’ll give my money to a big box store that has respect for its customers.”
