“This was my first time ever at a card shop in search of Pokémon cards and I had no idea what I was doing or what to expect. The staff were very friendly and helped to guide me towards their less expensive binders and even let me sift through their free stacks. I bought some less expensive cards and a prismatic booster. One of the staff even asked me what my lucky number was and selected that number for my booster. It was very sweet and much appreciated. As a beginner, I spent like 3 hours in the shop having the best time ever. Thank you for everything.”
