“This store is wonderful and the staff are beyond friendly and helpful. Sold a collection of vintage Pokémon cards to them today. I did the negotiating over Facebook messenger and then went in today so they could look over the cards and we could finalize the deal. The process was very smooth. The staff where friendly, easy to talk to, and where eager to help. I am happy with what we came to and it honestly couldn't have been a better experience. The store is also very nice inside. Clean, well lit, and well organized. I can't recommend Keystone Games enough.”

“I've been here twice and both times had a great experience. Good looking place and has a good welcoming vibe. The very first time I bought tickets for my sons bcuz there mom brought them here couple weeks prior they bought a couple cards and the owner gave my boys some free vintage cards. My youngest called me all happy an said about how much good product they had so many booster boxes and cards n how owner gave him a vintage team rockets jolteon, awesome guy my son hell always remember that and from that day forward he got 4 new customers.. Also we bought tickets a month later for an event they were holding and Bradley my youngest got sum slabs and pokemon packs an cards an my oldest won football slabs an basketball packs and also a football jersey. Worked out perfect bcuz my oldest Landon is more into sports. Definitely like the shop everyone had a blast at the raffle fun day for sure n watching my boys and other kids so happy is wat its all about! 💯 Actually planning on stopping today but instead of purchasing im gna try to sell and trade for the first time.”

“I called around too many stores and when I called this one twice mind you, I was told they buy cards at 60% - 80% of market value by two different employees I took 9 cards in totaling $320.40 I took the hour drive and told the current employee that I was aware of the percentage that they buy them at there was nothing said to correct that by him. I was offered 75% store credit but only 40% cash of market value. While I understand they probably only meant store credit percentage they’re lowest needed to be included when asked about selling cards because I could have easily made less of a trip for the same amount of money received. And while half of the blame falls on me for not asking specifically about cash percentage I was not corrected when I told the employee in person 60% minimum and I am very disappointed by that. I’m not angry by the transaction just disappointed by the lack of forthcoming and transparency the employees had for this kind of interaction. Side note the store is devoid of any decorum whatsoever and if I did live in the area I would still choose to play mtg in my home for that fact alone.”
