“The store is clean with decent selection. Unfortunately the service and atmosphere were poor during my visit. I left my original review politely describing my experience. Instead of acknowledging any room for improvement, the owner immediately demanded specific examples and defended the store aggressively. To answer his questions: -The staff gave off a clear “bothered / don’t want to be here” vibe the entire time I was there. I kept to myself and still felt like I was inconveniencing them. -The trade-in rates I was offered on my cards were noticeably lower than what I’ve received at multiple other shops in the area. Every business has off days and areas to improve. Refusing to accept any criticism at all is not a good look. I still won’t be returning.”

“Update: ALL WHO READ REAPONSES: Be very careful, information is incorrect and misleading from whoever responds to reviews. I did NOT "scream/yell" at anyone, let alone raise my voice. I told the girl that all cards were in the .10 box, she told me that the reverse holos are .50. I said I understand that, but all of these cards I have in this pile (I had 2 piles) were found in the .10 box and the other pile was not, so charge accordingly. I was very honest and had my cards split to make it easy at check out. As for the play area, that is so far from the truth. There were older teens swearing and there were younger patrons in attendance. I brought the issue to the manager's attention and her response was, "I am not their parent and have no control how they talk." I said I am a customer sharing that same space and am alerting you to the inappropriate language. I paid for my cards, walked back to the play area to collect my belongings and the manager followed me (I had no idea she was behind me) and loudly exclaimed, "Who did you say was swearing?" I quietly stated, "You will not put me on blast." She loudly stated, "I am not putting you on blast, I am trying to find who you said was swearing." I ignored her, did not engage, and walked out. As I went towards the door, she went to each table, loudly telling the occupants, "NO SWEARING!" SO! That is the real story, and factual occurrence of events. So, be careful........everything is not as though it seems when the Vault responds to negative reviews. They try to make it as though it is the customer's fault. Do better Vault! Original review :The "manager" was rude, disrespectful, and all the workers look miserable, like they hate their job. Did not try to make things right, let me walk right out the door. Plus their prices for single cards, holos, ex are way overpriced. I have no idea how they were voted best card shop in Westmorland County. Go to Gator Sports at the Westmorland mall. Family owned, polite, and very personable.”
