“Wow so it’s been quite a while. I was an avid sports card collector as a child until my mother sold them at a garage sale while I was away for school. I never thought I’d be into the hobby again but my son and his friends are just as obsessed as we were growing up, which is quite a welcome change from screens and everything on them in 2024! We’d already heard great things about this fairly new sports shop in our area (Tosa) and glad to say Aaron at AB didn’t disappoint! This was my son’s first card purchases with his own hard earned money and he was elated poring over the singles before settling on a few and some packs. I had as great a time talking to Aaron about everything sports as my son did, and he even threw in a card he knew my son would love at no charge! This was the personalized touch I grew up with, the local card shop owned by a truly passionate collector, and I’m pleasantly surprised it still exists in this day and age. We’ll definitely be back again soon, and my sons allowance will probably be spent exclusively on cards for years to come (better than candy!)”
