“The place brought back so many memories of growing up. This store has it ALL when it comes to nostalgic gaming. A sweet vintage arcade area. The other half has very well organized glass showcases full of old gaming systems and almost everything that goes with them. Highly recommend stopping in and taking a look around. Ramsey and Diego are both great guys.”

“In response to the "owner's" reply to my review: I will not be removing this review. There is a reason Gamer's Warehouse is not BBB accredited. This has been the most unethical and dishonest customer service experience I have ever had. You charged me for a service that was not performed. You removed my phone's battery without my knowledge or consent, then returned my phone completely inoperable. You also failed to disclose that you had removed the battery. I only discovered this after I got home, when the phone would no longer charge. Because the battery had been removed, I was unable to factory reset the device before returning it to Verizon. I have no way of knowing whether my personal information was erased or whether it remained on the phone, creating an unnecessary privacy and security concern. Your handling of my device, your lack of communication, and your refusal to take responsibility are unacceptable. For you to falsely accuse me on top of everything else you have already done is completely reprehensible. Customers trust businesses with expensive devices containing sensitive personal information. That trust was completely disregarded in my case. I stand by my review because it accurately reflects my experience with your store. Several other people I know have also had negative experiences with your store. I hope other consumers will carefully consider this experience (as well as your reply to my review) before choosing to do business with Gamer's Warehouse. I can assure you that the Verizon employees who heard our phone call and the way you treated me will most certainly NOT be recommending you or Gamer's Warehouse to any of their customers. BUYERS BEWARE.”

“I genuinely have no idea how this store is still in business - their prices on *everything* are insanely high. Cards are anywhere from 3 to 10 times market price. Video Games are the same way. Never ever spend money here without knowing how much something is supposed to cost”

“I'm a avid retro game collector from out of town and was hitting up the local retro game stores. They had lots of cool games and a wide selection but, my god, were the prices super inflated. For example, they were selling fire emblem awakening for 3DS for $100. That game is worth at most $50, maybe $60. But $100? Get out of here. Ridiculous prices. AVOID. There are other local stores with more reasonable prices that I really enjoyed.”
