“I am used to check out their amazing selection in the Tucson Mall, so to find them here at the Park Mall also was refreshing. As usual, they have a generous selection of board games and board game accessories. All of the gaming tables were taken up, so if you have plans to card/board games with you friends you may want to reserve a table or plan a head. We'll laid out and clean. Staff was nice to enteract with. From the main entrance, once you hit the first 4 way, turn left and they are on the left side. Update 2025 Still awesome 👏🏽”

“I think I've been to all the game stores in town and what I find I appreciate most and this store is the staff. I've come in with my family and they always engage with my kids and don't talk down to them and really respond to their questions. The gaming area is really great. Some might say that it could get a bit loud but my kids never find that to be an issue. I also really like the new location. Keep up the good work.”

“This is a fun place to go if you enjoy playing board games or card games. They have some tournaments and events so you may want to call ahead to see how busy they are. Even with 2 group events going on we were able to get a table in the back to sit at and play. Expect to pay $5 per person at this time for a table or purchase something as the charge can be put towards a purchase that day, which is what we did. They have a lot of board games and card games for sale as well as some memorabilia. We bought a Guess Who (the office) card game for $10 using our cover fee credit. The boxes for these cards were pretty bent up but the cards were not damaged. It's a fun version of the classic guess who game. They have games that cost up to $200 that I saw but a lot of them were $50 or less as well. Worth checking out if you enjoy games. The staff were nice and quite helpful. This was the Park Place location but they have a location at the Tucson mall as well.”

“I've been a customer at TGG for years and have always enjoyed coming in — the staff are great, knowledgeable, and welcoming, and this review isn't about them. My issue is with a store policy set by ownership/management regarding tournament prizing. TGG pays out tournament winnings in store credit (poker chips), but then refuses to accept that same store credit as payment for entry fees to future tournaments. If you're going to award tournament winnings in a currency, you should honor that currency when customers try to use it — especially for the exact type of purchase (event entry) it was seemingly intended for. As it stands, the store collects entry fees from everyone, but the "winnings" it pays out can't actually be used for the thing most players would want to use them for. This feels less like a rewards system and more like a way to take in money without ever really paying it back out. I'd love to keep supporting this shop, but this policy needs to change before I can recommend it in good conscience.”
