“Brian is the absolute best!! I ordered online, and my package was stated as delivered though nothing showed up (at first). I waited a day since I didn't want to rush into things. The next morning, still nothing. So I tried filing a claim through the UPS website since they delivered the package, but their website wouldn't allow it. I then called their customer service number and had a terrible experience with them. Brian came to my rescue and helped me out. After the conversation with both UPS and Brian, I was able to get UPS dispatcher to call me about the package and delivery driver. After talking about finding out what happened, I'm happy to say that I received the package! I'm so excited to have my first commander deck for Magic the Gathering. I'm a new player and now hyped to play with friends! I will definitely order again. Thanks again, Brian!”
