“I love sorting through the bulk card boxes and it’s totally fine that they are not organized because I love looking through nostalgia either way, found tons of old cards that fit into my collection! Prices are solid and employees are great! Greet me every time I come into their store! Friendly and knowledgeable!”

“Store personnel is great! Very friendly. Sadly though there is no reason to shop there. Prices are comped at eBay sold prices so there is no incentive to buy there. Also there is a lot of sun damage to products inside the store and items have not been marked to offset the product being damaged.”

“Nothing like taking your own time to sort through the ten cent bulk box only to be told at the register that certain cards shouldn’t have been in there. Nothing crazy just some old cards I thought were cool to add to my collection. But the bulk card pricing was not offered so I did not purchase them. If they aren’t supposed to be in the box then maybe take time to go through it and not waste the customers own time doing your job for you. Should’ve known when I walked in and the two employees didn’t say a word to greet me. I have been to many game x changes and this was by far the worst experience.”

“Been here a few times and usually have a pretty good experience. Today however, I brought in some pokemon cards to sell and one of them was the Snorlax 151 promo card that was still in its plastic, but without asking the guy cut open the plastic and pulled it out to "check it." Which I understand, but he did so without asking. It was with a mix of cards, so I didn't know when he got to it, but with no deal yet you don't just open it. His defense when I complained was "I needed to check it." No dude, you need to make sure the owner of the card wants it open...whether it's a ¢.01 or a $10,000,000 the fact it got opened diminished ita value, and I'll never be compensated for it. It isn't even really about the money, it's about the lack of respect and professionalism.”
