“So let's start here by saying that until tonight it has been about 17 years since I'd stepped into a card shop. I have recently returned to playing cards and live about a 10min walk from this place so I dropped in. I had a great time. The staff was friendly and attentive. They're was a Yu-Gi-Oh release event I joined. Adequate amount of players. They have plenty of seating within the store. They host yugioh tournaments 6 days a week, as well as other card game so don't play. Speaking of which, I saw lorcana, riftbound, magic, pokemon, digimon, and one piece. And I wouldn't be surprised if they had more. Also, memorably enough, I won the prize mat while there which was cool. Definitely a 10/10 spot and can't wait to go back.”

“Friendly and helpful staff. Some product pricing is very reasonable, even lowered for less popular products. Other prices are extremely inflated. A lot of space and tables for gaming. Decorstions are very cool. Good selection of drinks and snacks. As a solo, out of town MTG player, I found myself disappointed by what I presume were local players. Unsuccessful in being able to join any games in two days of trying, even though pods weren't full or of players other than 4.”

“I witnessed an incredibly uncomfortable interaction at Card Addiction. The owner publicly accused a customer of stealing a $0.50 die, repeatedly calling them a thief instead of taking a moment to figure out what had actually happened. It was obvious to everyone watching that it was an honest mistake, yet he doubled down rather than showing even a shred of professionalism or basic decency. No business owner should treat customers with that level of hostility over fifty cents. Mistakes happen, but publicly humiliating someone says far more about the owner than the customer. And while we’re at it, the overconfident attitude paired with the aggressively slicked-back hair wasn’t exactly helping the image. Respect costs nothing, unlike the goodwill this interaction probably did. UPDATE: Owner's response only proves my point. Instead of reflecting on your behavior, you immediately became defensive, accused me of being "the thief," and justified publicly calling someone a thief over a $0.50 die. That is not professionalism. If someone accidentally put the die in their backpack, the appropriate response would have been to calmly ask for it back, not publicly humiliate them. Mistakes happen. How a business owner handles those mistakes says far more than the mistake itself. Whether there were two people or twenty is irrelevant. Publicly accusing and embarrassing a customer is unacceptable either way. The most revealing part wasn't the original incident. It was your response. Rather than showing accountability, you chose hostility and personal attacks. If this is how you treat customers over fifty cents and respond to criticism, you've given people a very good reason to take their business elsewhere.”

“Came in here to buy yugioh cards for my son. There was only one person in the store sitting down besides us. The young lady behind the counter was super nice and was trying to be helpful. The other man by the name Logan however, was the complete opposite. So unfriendly and passive aggressive but the moment the other one person in the room had a question, his attitude changed and was nice to him. When the lady asked Logan for pricing based on what we wanted, he was abrupt and said he'll handle it... customer service from Logan 0/10. We should have taken a look at the most recent reviews on Yelp. Literally 9/10 of the most recent reviews are 1 stars… Take your business elsewhere! This guy doesn't deserve a dime…seriously wish there was a zero stars option because this store doesn’t even deserve one”
