“Really got a warm feeling walking in here. They had a nice selection of singles and the guy behind the counter was chill about letting me look through binders unboxed. Picked up a couple cards for a deck Im building and prices were fair, no upcharging weirdness like some places. Been meaning to check them out for a while and now I kinda wish I came sooner.”

“Update 3/22/25: I appreciate the fast response and offer to amend the situation. They took the creased card back and let me choose cards of equal value. Overall really nice and helpful people. I'll definitely be coming back to trade and buy singles in the future from here. I made a trade at the shop and didn't realize the card I traded for was heavily damaged. I should have taken a closer look before I made the trade but I feel like they should've at least confirmed with me that the card I was trading for was heavily damaged. I never got any notice from the staff that the card was damaged and I proceeded to trade for the full price of the desired card, not at a moderately played or heavily damaged holofoil price. Again it's still my fault for not taking a closer look but if a card is this badly damaged you should at least confirm with the customer if they're okay with the condition of the card before making the sale/trade. I felt like not confirming with me and still charging me for full price was dishonest.”

“This is by far my favorite Magic Shop to game at the people are friendly and they have the best product selection. However the Beyblade community that plays here are awful. Literally saw some dude climbing on chairs tonight and was just super obnoxious while none of the staff did anything about it. Awesome Magic place but if you see any of the Beyblade community its not worth to stay”

“Went inside knowingly wanting to purchase 3x booster packs. The only worker in the store was helping a handicapped customer. After 10 mins of staring at the product I wanted to purchase, I had to interrupt the worker and customer. I asked if there was another worker available as I knew what I had wanted. The handicapped customer said it was fine if the store employee rung me up. The store employee who I would describe as a slender long haired Caucasian man said that "He didn't want anyone cutting the line". I don't understand how this store would employ a person with zero customer service skills let alone one that cannot multi task and cannot read the room. The lady rung me up 3 mins after was a night and day difference.”
