“So I have learned my lesson that all sports card shop and card shows arent good to go to. You get scammed at both. I took a numbered wembanyama to them and told him it was a Pandora card he said no. It was Pandora yellow with boxes. I was gonna go back and show him the mantle mays and babe Ruth cards I have. But now after knowing I knew what I had and he said no. Dishonesty is not for me. My card is below, if he took it out of the top loader and penny sleeve he would have seen the boxes. The photo on the right is what my card looks like but was numbered to 275 which is the card on the left.”

“I’m sorry to Great American but if you look at the card that was submitted by the customer, it clearly says 216/275 which makes it the $50 price. You are incorrect. I was in there the other day and I was contemplating coming back to buy some basketball cards. Yet after seeing the way you just spoke to this guy, I will be taking my business elsewhere. That is a serious lack of professionalism. I can understand why you have so many one stars. Maybe a little change of attitude might be in order. Or at least staff. And if you’re the owner then I hope you have decency to make this right. I can see the number right thru the sleeve. So you obviously need to get glasses. Some Great American Spirit.”
