“I had my doubts about coming to this place after reading all the bad reviews and I don't see it. The bad reviews were time stamped from 6 months to a year ago. From my recent experience, I think the staff from last year no longer works here. I just went in for free comic book day (very busy too) and the staff was nothing but welcoming and very eager to help anyone who needed their assistance. There was a gentleman there, who I believe was the owner, on the floor answering questions and showing customers where to find what they were looking for in the store. I will definitely be returning to Pulp Fiction Comic Book store. To all the people who like to hand out 1 stars and bad reviews is completely **** up. You are messing with someone's lively hood and how they make a living and providing for others. That's not right at all. Say what you like or dont like about a place. 1 star because you went in once and had a bad experience? Really? You have no idea what's going on with the business or the people that run it. Any competent business owner wants to see happy and returning cutomers. If you have a problem with any staff member, first you talk to the owner or manager and express how you feel and how you were treated before giving anything less than 3 stars. After that, if you return and nothing has changed, you gave the business a solid chance and giving anything less than 3 stars is understandable. The "waiter didnt fill my glass with water when it was empty." 1 star reviews are unacceptable.”
